8. Communication should always be clear! Communication with creatives should be easy and always clear. Have written contracts so everyone knows whats being done and covers your ass if things go south too. I am always wary of people who try to not write things down but "talk" about the details means they don't want track record of what it's they want for public knowledge. Vibe calls are wonderful do them very much for them but until everything has been written out or promised to be written out after and followed through.  😑  Make sure things are written out someone has a problem with it screw them move on believe me there are so many creatives out there. They should have no problem with you asking questions about the shoot and they should only be focused on asking questions pertaining to the shoot! Communication should be easy and smooth don't let anyone Gaslight you into thinking you're not "easy to work with" because you ask questions haha.
